Are they a public or private hospital? Cause if it's a non-emergency, like a broken ankle's not threatening his life, private hospitals can totally turn people away. But not public hospitals. Probs what the ACLU's gonna make a case about, depending.

We've had less mutants come to Claremont lately. I think they're scared we'll turn them away too.
