Yo I actually think I mean - you know, not that it stopped anyone - it's illegal to turn people away from an ER. I mean, fucking REAGAN passed that law.

Are they a public or private hospital? Cause if it's a non-emergency, like a broken ankle's not threatening his life, private hospitals can totally turn people away. But not public hospitals. Probs what the ACLU's gonna make a case about, depending.
